KTP400 password dialog

Hi All

 

I have a issue with password dialogs on a KTP400 (6AV2 123-2DB03-0AX0) I am sure I am missing something somewhere but unsure as to what, what happens is whenever I press a pushbutton on the screen I get the password dialog, but there is authorisation is blank in security, also the event on the pushbutton still takes place without any password being entered, if the dialog is closed  and the button is pressed again , the dialog does not appear, any thoughts?
