Monitor the power management system with current snsor

Hello, I am creating a prototype for Tank power management system in which PLC based automatic tank filling system can b tested by using AC current sensor https://store.ncd.io/product/2-channel-off-board-98-accuracy-ac-current-monitor-with-iot-interface/ but the major issue is I need to connect the PLC with Arduino so that I will be able to send the output of Auto cut detection if there will be any power issue , any advice to create these kind of Auto detection using current sensor will be very helpful
