Pid ans tpo program help

Hello

Can someone please help me make a program to cj1m omron plc.

Hardware: cj1m cpu 12

 ad041 v1, id211, oc211,od212

I will use the plc to my homebrew setup. I have a solid-state relay which I want to heat water with. I think I need a program with pidat and a tpo instruction.

Earlier i have just used pid functionsblock, bit it did not work with the old plc. With omrons pid instruction theres some parameters i need to set. I dont understand how.
 I guess this is an easy job for you guys?
