i read it and ther is a problem too cause it said that to read analog value i must set the dm6611 but there is only there 6143 dm in cpu51 of cqm1h

I agree that the ladder won't let you put anything over D6143, but you should be able to set the value in D6611 using the memory editor shown above, or the watch window.

I sent you the manual above.  Here is the Chapter 3 out of the manual.  To activate the system menu, touch any two corners of the screen at the same time.
