Converting C200H to CS1G

I have converted everything and downloaded to the CS1G and had no errors and thought I was good until the operators told me they had "Connecting To Host", on the HMI. What could have gone wrong?

You have to set up the serial card to communicate with the HMI - the conversion is very good but will not do that for you.
