What should be the necessary configuration to TXD (48) to send data from the peripheral port?

According to "programming manuel to Omron CQM1-CPU41. It mentions peripheral port in TXD. 

Please, i need some indications, should i configure TXD (48) in cx-programmer like this " @TXD DM200 DM200 #0001"  for peripheral port in Host Link mode  ???

Start with these programs.  Change Operand 2 of TXD to #1000
