Ladder Diagram of Interrupt in timer

hello guys. Im a newbie in PLC. im confused for using interrupt in PLC CPM2A. I have a project in making soap with PLC. In this project, there is a motor which is on around 10 minutes.  I want to add an interrupt button, to stop the motor(ex: in 5 minutes) and do the other instruction. and then, i turn off the interrupt button, the motor continue on(start from 5 minutes). could all of you help me to make the ladder diagram please?
