Crouzet Help

Hi

I am looking for some help with a simple program for a crouzet millennium 3.

Basically I just require it to operate 3 24v solenoids each for a specific time each and for a set number of cycles.

I can see the 4 relay ports on the front of the PLC but have no idea how to actuate them from program

To be honest i am looking at the program software and it might as well be greek.

This is a one of project for me and being a pensioner I really don't want to have to learn a new language.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I do realise this is the lazy option.
