How you are connectiong to HMI is it Direct or Through Ethernet Switch?

Gambit Posted January 3, 2020 Report Posted January 3, 2020 Then the IP adress is probably different than then Default adress. If there is a utility Switch than you can check what that IP adress is. If not just read the program via USB first

Gambit Posted January 6, 2020 Report Posted January 6, 2020 Maybe the port number was changed in the program. Also I would use a cross cable between the HMI and the PC or a separate switch to make sure there is not an duplicate IP-address
