CP1E I/O issue

Hi guys, my first try on Omron PLC and I’m having problem with the I/O. 
I am able to trigger the inputs using 24Vdc but the corresponding outputs are not responding. I am using CP1E and my I/O address format is 0.00-0.11 and 100.00-100.07 respectively.

Can anyone tell me what could possibly go wrong? The power and run lights are on with nothing else lit. Thank you

You did transfer the program to the plc correct?

I followed what I saw on a video guide and there wasn’t any error message. However, when I tried to force input using my PC, the PLC’s I/O does not respond. Tried when I set the operation mode in Monitor and Run and the result is the same

To force I/O you must be in monitor mode.

How are you communicating with the plc, USB or serial?

Go Online with the PLC.

Go to PLC pull down menu, then Transfer, then Compare with PLC.

They should match, if not, Transfer to PLC.

I’m using USB for communication with PLC. Alright I’ll do the comparison to verify. Thank you so much
