Melsec FX1n-40MR ES/UL - upload/download problem

Hi everybody,

I have some issues regarding upload and download project/param from PLC.

When I download parameters from PLC in the memory tab the Memory amount is not selected and other values are some random numbers. I rectify all errors and upload the parameter file to the PLC but my error LED starts to flash and I have 6401 Error on the diagnostics page.

I download the parameters again to PC and same data is there unchanged as the first time I downloaded the file (memory amaount not selected and random numbers in other fields). When I clear PLC memory the error disappears but after uploading program again goes to error.

I hope you understood my problem here :D, any help is appreciated

Click the default button, FX1n should be 8000

One of FX1N-24MT  PLC using last 13 years in our machine. Now the PLC shown error.  I have kept copy of the PLC program. I have downloaded the program another new FX1N-24MT  PLC, recently which has collected from china. But the PLC not functioning i.e, one motor not working.   

 

Please, is their any different in old version and new version   FX1N-24MT  PLC?

That's probably not the problem. You are probably just missing some settings.
What is the error you are getting ?
