MPG WITH OMRON NX CONTROLLER

How we can connect MPG with omron NX SERIES CONTROLLER.

Wire it into a encoder input module (NX-EC0***, depending on if you need NPN or PNP).  Then connect the module to the NX Controller.  Use the MC_GearIn and MC-GearOut function blocks to gear the MPG to whatever servo you want to jog it with.

Thank you very much sir for reply but we want to use it with Delta PLC DVP28SV through OMRON HMI is there is any way to operate mpg with that ??

You stated you were using an Omron NX Controller.  If you are using a Delta PLC, this is the wrong forum.  If you are using NX IO with the encoder card, this is still the wrong forum.  You will need to ask Delta people how to do this.

Actually we are using NX 1P2 Controller, HMI and Servo Motor, now we want to move that servo motor with MPG for that instead of using NX-EC00 ** we want to use DELTA PLC to reduce hardware cost, is it can be possible ?? For more clarity how we want to use DELTA PLC, MPG AND OMRON CONTROLLER please check attached image

No.   There is no reasonable way to do this.

The Omron HMI will not talk to Delta PLCs.  I cannot image a complete Delta PLC is cheaper than one encoder input module.
