Scale Data telnet

I need to get scale data from a mettler toledo scale into a sql server.  The live scale data is hosted at a ip on port 23(telnet) any ideas?

@mmd604 Have you considered using Microsoft Visual Studio to craft a data transfer program.  A simple VB or VC program can open a telnet link to the scale and retrieve the data before passing it to the sql database.
