Servo motor - vibration issue

Hi

I'm facing vibrating issue in servo motor (11KW) used in x axis, it makes noise while it stops after positioning. While positioning happend it operates smoothly, in the stand-by position only it starts vibrating. I'm using manual tunning mode

(Abnormal noise occurs in jog operation and stand-by position only)

seem that is not matched to load or tuning is incorrect.
