Im not an expert but please be more specific. data types are called devices. M device is a bit. D device is a word. T = timer. If you click the help tab and look in the manuals its all explained with pictures.

Pretty much every instruction in GX Works3 is covered in the help files (pick one and hit F1) or the programming manual for each PLC.  There are hundreds of them, so you need to be a lot more specific what you are asking for.

Please confirm if instruction (T41)^{K20   means Timer number 41 for 20 seconds & if yes then whether it is off delay or on delay timer}

Al timers are on delay in GX Developer.  That is timer 41.  As for the preset, it is sometimes different by PLC model, but typically that would be 2.0 seconds.
