Sysmac studio support FINS/TCP?

Hi all,

I'm a new using Sysmac Studio. I would like to ask for Omron NX1P2 ver. 1.41, Does Sysmac studio support FINS/TCP? 

For what I know the older omron plc like CJ2M I can set FINS/TCP in cx-program. But I can't find it in the sysmac studio. Please give me some advice. Thank you very much.

The commands you seek are Send and Rcv. Unfortunately though the NX1P2 doesn't support them.

Thank you Photovoltaic, could I ask one more question. So the issue only NX1P2. If we will use other models such as NX102, NJ series, can we use FINS/TCP?

NX102 and NJ both support the commands yes

Hi!

You want to use direct FINS messages?

Or you want to read and write the PLC memory via FINS?

If the second you can use NX1P2. Enable the CJ memory and then you can read and write these memory area.

One note on the NX102: only port 2 supports FINS.
