Kepware to Omron via Remote Server - No Comms

Hi, I've a CJ2M PLC on a 4G router (via ethernet) that communicates to a remote server.

I can ping the CJ2M PLC and get online remotely (via programmer) without issues by connecting to the remote server first.

However....I would like to read tags via Kepware.. but I'm having bother, I followed the kepware - omron setup guide, tested kepware on a local network in office without issues but I cannot get read tags via the remote server.

Remote server last octet = 19

Remote router last octet = 83

I've used Putty to test the port without issues.

The PLC locally talks to the router and is setup via the second attachment. 

Any smart people out there, who would like to help ?

Can you provide a picture of what you are trying to do?  Complete with IP addresses.  Please show the PLC, the router and the remote PC.  Perhaps help can be provided with that information.  Also include the node # on the switches on the front of the CJ2M.
