Monitouch HMI slow screen

Hi there! I'm having some issues with a FUJI MONITOUCH V9100iSD HMI that communicates with a CJ2 PLC via Ethernet. This HMI is a migration from a previous V810iSD model. The thing is that the previous model worked correctly, but when using the new one, the HMI seems to be pretty slow when switching screens, for example. All parameters are the same, and after reading Fuji's FAQ, I've run out of ideas. Have you faced the same problem?
