QJ71C24N Predefined Protocol Problem

Hello everyone. I am using a QJ71C24N module to read the current position of a motor connected with a servo driver through RS485 with Predefined Protocol. Everything worked fine until the RS485 cable was disconnected from the servo driver or the power supply to the servo driver was interrupted while reading the data. From that moment, after reconnect the cable or the power supply, PLC and the driver couldn't communicate with each other anymore (trigged CPRTCL but nothing happened, no error but no result as well). For now, the only solution is reset the PLC. After that, everything backed to normal, but that's always the worst thing I could do cause my machine is complex and it takes a lot of time to recover after resetting.
