Issue when read structured project gx works 2

Hello all ,

when i read plc program for the first time (Structured Project) , i got this message after complete read.

and all program under POU become red color , then i try to compiled it but when i try to verify online the program its mismatch, 

how its mismatch ? this is make me confused, because this is the first time i read and not yet modifi the program , can someone explain to me ?

You can't read structured projects from the PLC unless the symbolic information is stored in the PLC. Most programmers does not write the symbolic information to the PLC due to space available in the CPU. You will require the original program.
