Data register lost when the power is off

i came across a problem. when the electricity went off or i power off the plc. when i turned it on again, all my counters time are reset to zero or lost. Is there a way to maintain these data in plc during power offline? I use Q series Q03UDE

PLC Parameters > Device Tab.

Set a start / end address for the Latch 1 / 2 as needed.  Latch 1 is data retained during power cycles but reset with Latch clear command. Latch 2 retains data always.
