Beny236 Posted February 13, 2022 Report Posted February 13, 2022 Hello, i have trouble with the servo axis MR-J4. I changed servodriver from Incremental mode to ABS mode. The servo works normaly. Trouble is in Command position represented in PLC system. The command position is cleared to 0 after power ON. I need save the latest position on servo axis. It is possible see on attachement. I use PLC unit QD77MS16 and servodriver MR-J4. How is possilbe solwed this trouble. Thank you for the help. Best Regards Beny
Gambit Posted February 14, 2022 Report Posted February 14, 2022 You don't need to save the position, Just change the parameter in to ABS mode and make sure you have a battery mounted.

glavanov Posted February 15, 2022 Report Posted February 15, 2022 Might be a dumb question... after you change to absolute position system, did you preform HPR at least once? After you power up the machine what is the Axis HPR Request flag status (MD.31 bit 3) and HPR Complete flag (MD.31 bit 4) What do you mean by "command position"... current feed value?
