Omron with a error we can not clear

old machine which has a lot of different people working on if, I have been left with it like this. I would like to see if I can get it going.

0x00D0 Duplex / Special IO unit error.

I see this as a CPU error but the old parts are hard to come by.

any ideas ?

From the looks of your picture, you have 2 Special I/O modules. The Host Link unit and (I think) a High Speed Counter module.

As gtsuport mentioned, check the I/O Table. Make sure the Unit Numbers in the program match the dial settings on each unit.

ill get back to it tonight.

but from what I tried last time the IO tables will always go blank after a power cycle.

I upload the Tables separately, but still no operation of the machine and the same fault listed above.

How do I check the dial settings you refer too?

Still stuck on fault 0x00D0 Duplex / Special IO error

I tired to translate the error flags to narrow down the fault to a unit, but I'm not 100% sure on how this is done. I was not getting the expected results out of the Memory for fault codes.

I am swinging towards the error being the high speed counter, PN#  C200H-ct001-v1, the reason for this is that it is the only unit with a special IO address (100) as screen shot below.
I believe this was changed recently, so I am unsure of the addressing, and dip switch settings. But I am sure this was changed at install.

What values are in DM1000 - DM1099.

This is the DM area associated with Special I/O unit zero.
