BlackBoxRobotics Posted February 16, 2023 Report Posted February 16, 2023 As I follow the instructions as shown on the instuction leaflet 82A1043-PM01-A1 The whole proces stuck at step 15. leds are blinking "waiting to receive new firmware" but ftp command "put"... fails reason: "no connection with host" Does someone has experience with this firmware updates? regards John Quote
Steve Bailey Posted February 17, 2023 Report Posted February 17, 2023 It has been several years since I had to perform an upgrade, but the obvious things to check are the IP addresses of the PC and the EBI002 and the port number for FTP transfers. Quote
BlackBoxRobotics Posted February 17, 2023 Author Report Posted February 17, 2023 Hi Steve, IP adresses of laptop and EBI001 are ok and also the FTP port number , therefore we managed to erase the actual firmware in the EBI001. But the procedure is stuck in step 15, FTP is not able to put the new firmware in the EBI001 ("not connected" on the FTP command open is the reply we receive) regards John Quote
