gx works 3 how to use only 1 adprw for reading and writing paramets Modbus RTU?

I dont know many about this, but i understood it like when you push control commands vfd going revers or stop etc. And maybe at the same time adprw reads its parametrs. 

Please help. It woulde be nice if there will be attached photo or visual real example
