Error 01 Flashing

Good Morning Chat,

 

I am currently trying to connect to a Mitsubishi Q13UDVCPU due to flashing error, code 01, I cannot connect to the PLC and have tried everything, Proneta, Wireshark etc none of them seem to be able to find the IP address. I know the PLC has a program downloaded but is there anyone who could help find the IP address to get online and be able to download a new and updated version of the code?

Proneta and Wireshark will not do the trick.  Proneta is for Profinet and Wireshark is packet analyzer. Connect it with crossover cable directly, do not set anything in PC Ethernet settings and try with Ethernet Mode Direct Connection from GX Works2.
