MacsEngineer Posted August 7, 2024 Report Posted August 7, 2024 I am trying to install GX Developer on a few computers at work. I have downloaded the install files from the Mitsubishi website, and a few other websites, and all files are suffering from the same issue. When I run the "autorun" application, it opens the initial page with the Melsoft environment install and the other GX software, on selecting to install the Melsoft environment, it is like the page freezes. It will not proceed to try and install, and I am unable to close the page without killing it through task manager. The computers are running windows 11 (probably 64bit). will GX Developer run on windows 11? I have had it working on windows 10 previously.

Ron_S Posted August 10, 2024 Report Posted August 10, 2024 The usual fix is by booting into safe mode and installing from there.
MacsEngineer Posted August 12, 2024 Author Report Posted August 12, 2024 We had to get out IT support to install it, no idea what the issue was as they also had trouble installing.
