CX Integrator

Hi Everyone,

Please can someone help?

I'm trying to use CX integrator but haven't used it before. 

When i try and transfer the network and parameters from my PLC i keep getting this error.

Can anyone tell me why?

Have you tried Tools -> Update DTM Catalogue ?

Tried that but wouldn't update.

Found i needed to be logged in as administrator on my laptop and then it worked straight away.

IT at work block everything so makes simple things hard.
