Fail to import report template into HMI MTP1500

Hi Folks,

I had created the excel report template but fail to import the report template into MTP1500 HMI report job parameters. I have copy the template file from USB X61 to the panel but I couldn't see the template has been loaded in the job parameters for reporting jobs when trying to add in. Any steps that I had being doing wrongly?

As you can see, nothing showed up in the job parameters section after I clicked to open the report template.

Even using the Webclient online configure and adding the report template, nothing is showing up or loaded in job parameters.
