Error to change to mode run in a CJ1M

Hello, I'm a student and I'm programing a CJ1M CPU11, when I start the mode monitroing all the plc work well(i can see the inputs, force the ouputs..., all work well), but when i change to the run mode the plc a error with the text: "change operating mode, it is possible that the operating mode is still being changed in the PLC".  How can I solve this?

This is an unusual error. To the point of the forum member that "unplugged for a while", I would suggest performing PLC > Clear All Memory Areas.
