Hello,

I have uploaded the mmi file from an old NT31C-ST141-EV2 V3.18. Now I am trying to download it to new NT31C-ST14*-EV2 v3.23 then software shows a message that 

"System program version installed in the PT and the application version selected in the support tool does not match. Please check the system program version in the PT and the selected model at the Support Tool. Communication aborted"

Can anyone help what is the solution?

Hello @IO_Rack, Thanks for your reply.

I already have checked that thread and my software have versions 3.2/4.2 of NT31C but still i am getting that error. Please check the attached picures

That is the only solution that I'm aware of. I have never encountered this issue myself.

-  Try saving it as a *onw, then download. 

-  Start a new test project and attempt a download. 

-  As a last resort, try running the System Installer.
