How to use "Custom Format" for Data Display...

I looked up how to use the "Custom Format" on my NA display so I could have 4 decimal places.  It does not display my data now...not sure what I did incorrectly.  First screenshot is from the note I found.  Second screenshot is how I have it set up and third is my actual display.  Did I get something wrong?

Found my own mistake :?  my data is 0.0027 (for example) but my formatting was ####, forgot my decimal point....  should have been {0:#.####}....ended up with {0:0.####}.

FYI... there is additional formatting that can be performed. Search VB.Net number formatting. It follows the same rules.
