I do not see that error code in the troubleshooting manual.

Try extracting the ErrorID from the MC_HomeWithParameter instruction. The ErrorID should be referenced in the NJ/NX-series Troubleshooting Manual (W503).

 

Edit:  I found the error code in the above manual. Make sure _EC_PDSlavTbl[x] bit is ON before performing MC_HomeWithParameters. (x = the EtherCAT node of your servo).

I also check that _EC_CommErrTbl[x] is NOT ON.

Are you saying that I should use MC_HomeWithParameter?
The servo is ON. Even if I send it to home and an error occurs, the servo remains ON.
According to the manual, I checked and _EC_PDSlavTbl[x] is also ON.

No, not necessarily. I saw it in your error message. I cannot read the remainder.

 

How are you attempting to establish Home?

Does the Axis > Homing Settings match your method?

Pretty sure 5441 is related to an end of travel limit.  I would check the manual and see for sure, I don't have it handy.
