How to connect GT Simulator 3 with PLC iQ-FX5U via ethernet cable (not use real HMI panel) 

I have a plc but no have a HMI panel

You can't you can only use the simulators or USB or RS232.

However if you install Soft GOT you can make this connection AND be able to run your project for half an hour sessions
