Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a developer/PLC engineer to help me implement reliable RS-232 communications between a Mitsubishi FX3U PLC (with FX3U-232-BD board) and a Node.js app. I’m happy to pay for a short engagement (fixed fee or hourly) to get this working quickly.

Environment

PLC: Mitsubishi FX3U

RS-232 board: FX3U-232-BD (DB9 male)

PC: Windows (USB-to-RS232 on COM5)

Node.js v18 (can adjust), npm serialport library ?

Cable: null-modem (DB9: 2↔3, 3↔2, 5↔5)

Protocol / Scope

Use Mitsubishi Computer Link (Dedicated) over RS-232

Target configuration (can be adjusted as needed):

Serial: 9600, 7E1 (7 data, Even parity, 1 stop)

Station No.: 00

Control procedure: Form 4 (CR/LF, with BCC)

I need working Node.js code (CommonJS or ESM) that can:

Read words (D registers) in batches.

Read bits (M/X/Y) in batches.

Write words (WW) and write bits (BW)... etc

One or more Node.js scripts (using serialport) with functions/utilities to build frames (Computer Link)

I can test quickly on my hardware and share results.

Remote session is possible if preferred.

Please DM me with your availability and rate. I’m ready to proceed and pay for your time.

Thanks for all... This one is missing !

Real offer of course
