Pruthviraj Posted September 8 Report Posted September 8 Hello, I am currently using the RJ71EN71 (E+E) module to communicate with KepserverEx. The module is configured with SLMP and TCP protocol, and communication has been successfully established. However, Our Network team observed data loss during communication. To verify, we performed a ping test (10,000 packets), which showed a total of 32 packet losses. Our network engineering team has already checked the infrastructure and confirmed that there are no issues with the switch or cables. does anybody know what would be reason behind this?
VeeB Posted September 8 Report Posted September 8 Did you check if the CPU and RJEN71 are the latest verisons available? https://www.mitsubishielectric.com/fa/download/software/detailsearch.page?mode=software&kisyu=/plcr&shiryoid=1000001294&lang=2&select=0&softid=1&infostatus=6_1_1&viewradio=1&viewstatus=&viewpos=

How did they confirmed it? It is very vague statement. Try to connect with short SFTP cable directly from PC with Kepserver to PLC port, and then run the test.
