It´s ment to be send through rs323 port for communicate with very old hmi also mitsubishi. any solutions out there some where  Â
Parky Posted September 16 Report Posted September 16 If those are files (asc_pgm) then they are not files just the name you have to drag or upload them or they cannot be opened, also a bit more information for example what is the RS323 interface i.e. program port or seperate card (I believe the programming port is 422 not 232 on A series). also I suspect the old HMI (a badged version of possibly Beijers) may not talk to modern hardware. Â
jpb Posted September 24 Author Report Posted September 24 Hi Parky. problem should be solwed. Just used $mov "PGM_0001 D192 reguarding the HMI it should be ok as far as Mitsubishi say.
Parky Posted September 24 Report Posted September 24 Ah.. I mis-read your post I thought those were files you mean those instructions the instruction for that is FX5 is STRINGMOV 'qwerty' My_String (or Dxxx) Rather than " it's single ' speech marks Â
