Zoro Posted October 15 Report Posted October 15 Hello, I am using an Ethernet Module (RJ71EN71) to exchange data with an SLMP device (Kepserver) via TCP. Although the configuration is complete and data is being exchanged, the module port is showing an error. When I checked the diagnostics, it displayed “TCP/IP send failed.” Even after clearing the error, it reoccurs after some time. I also checked the buffer memory for the error log, and another error (C0B2H) was recorded. Could you please advise how to clear this error, and guide me on how to prevent it from happening again?
Parky Posted October 15 Report Posted October 15 That last error C0B2 is send or recieve buffer full. • Increase the request interval (execution interval) and execute the operation. Do not access through one station using the MELSOFT connection, link dedicated instruction, or SLMP. Wait for a response to the previous request before sending the next request. Correct the set value for "Timer Settings for Data Communication" under "Application Settings" of the Ethernet-equipped module. manual MELSEC iQ-R Ethernet User's Manual SH-081257ENG 1
Zoro Posted October 15 Author Report Posted October 15 I configured the values for "Timer settings for data communication" according to the manual, but the error still persists. The opening method is set to "Do not open by program." I also monitored the receive buffer full indication bit, and it is in the OFF state
