Solonel Posted July 6, 2005 Report Posted July 6, 2005 Hi, I'm new in 90-70 series and have the ic697pcm711 coprocessor module. I have connected a measurement device to the second port of the module (RS485 conection). The device supports the modbus protocol. I made all the required software configuration of the plc (i'm using cimplicity machine edition), but i don't know how i can "see" and take control of my measurement device in my project. Any ideas? Guest Guest Posted July 7, 2005 Report Posted July 7, 2005 You will need to write a BASIC program in the PCM module and use it to "exchange" data with the Ladder Logic.
