Hi guys. Anyone recognise/ able to open the files contained in the attached zip file? This is PLC logic for a power supply that was supplied by Plenitex (now defunct) for use in Indonesia some years ago. Thanks in advance. PLC_Logic.zip

I have no idea but when opening the files with notepad the following text fragments can be seen: INDICATORMAIN BATTERY CHARGERMOBILE DIESEL INDICATORPOINTS SUPPLY OK TELEM.CONTACSSIGNAL SUPPLY OK. TELEM.DIESEL ALTERNATOR CONNECTED220V INVERTER CONNECTEDPLN MAINS FAILEDSIGNALS DIMMEDDIESEL NOT AVAILABLEMOBILE DIESEL AVAILABLEMAINS INVERTERMOBILE DIESEL AVAILABLEAC LOAD AVAILABLETRACKS INVERTER FAILMAIN INVERTER FAILSIGNALS DIMMED INPUTMAINS ACB1 ONMAINS CONTACTOR IS ON Looks like some HMI text messages. In another file I came across this: Actron AB *** OMRON PLC When I searched for Actron AB I found they have 2 software programs: Actron's ActWin and ActSip. ActSip seems to be DOS based and ActWin is obvious Windows based.. Looking for a download link I ended up here: http://www.lighthouseplcs.com/software/actron.html You can download both programs demo's but you'll have to fill in the form to request a password to unlock the zip files. You might want to try http://www.actron.se but I don't see anything on ActWin or ActSip there. I unlocked the ZIP and ActWin says the file is created with ActSip so you need ActSip. Can't get to unlock ActSip from the download above so I searched some more. You can download a copy here: http://www.hid.co.uk/softwaredownload.html. After completing a form you can download the software. Can't get it to install though. OK got it. The disk where you install the program from cannot be the same as the destination disk to install the software. Secondly, after the compressed file you download extracts the files to C:\hidsoft\actsip-h, copy the contents of actsip-h to the root of c:\. Run install.exe and as destination disk choose anything except c:\. I installed it on my USB pen drive, and it runs through the h.bat. I was able to open the files in your ZIP and read some ladder. There seems to be 2 projects. It syas the files were originally saved using ActSip 2.24. Edited by PdL
