desuhardi Posted September 7, 2005 Report Posted September 7, 2005 Hi, Our systems is using CPU A2A and 4 remote stations, with AJ71 and optical cable. Yesterday, we had problem with AD board (4-20mA) at one of remote station. All datas from AD board became zero, even the current input from outside already generated (about 7 mA). The others AD board on same remote stations had no problem. Tried to exchange with other normal AD board, but the problem still in the same address. The other problems was 2 bit address only from Digital Input in same remote always off, even the actual condition already on. Reseted remote station, reseted CPU, still same. About one hour later, the condition became normal again , we didn't change anything because we still confuse with problem and still checked. Who can help ? Quote
waynes Posted September 7, 2005 Report Posted September 7, 2005 A really difficult one. First thing to check is if the comms is ok! Now, this will obviously hit you again. Also, ensure power supplied to this section is ok. Let us know.... Quote
