i want to process certain data acquired from PLC on PC. and on that processing the certain result are to be passed on to PLC again. can wincc can be used for that purpose.

Hello, WinCC can certainly be used for this purpose. Even more, WinCC has a build in SQLServer where you can collect data from various systems. WinCC can then connect to this SQLServer and send this data back to the PLC without any problem. Rudi

Hello, I use Tag logging to store the Process Value tag by Archive. But i don't know where data is store when i use SQL Server to log data output for report. Can you show me where the data store in? When i view the table in Enterprise Manager, Database---> Table, i don't know what table store the Archive Data tag.
