Guest johnsonrod Posted November 8, 2005 Report Posted November 8, 2005 i dont have any experiance with siemans plc's so please forgive my ignorance. a plc 2 states away from me needs the profibus connector for a im153-2. the cables are run they just need termination. what type of connector does the im153-2 need? There are el-cheapo connectors without termination, intended for stations in the middle of a segment. If you need a type number then here are a couple examples: Connector without programming socket: Siemens 6ES7972-0BA41-0XA0 Connector WITH programming socket: Siemens 6ES7972-0BB41-0XA0 Quote
