mx component + GX developer troubles

hi all, how can i fix the Mx component when i install GX developer v7 in Windows XP? the MX component don´t works at all...I need to uninstall both of them, and reinstall MX component to fix that......is another way to fix it? sorry for my english hola a todos como puedo arreglar el MX component cuando installo el GX developer en Windows XP? MX component no trabaja.......necesito desinstalar ambos programas, y reinstalar MX component para arregarlo.....hay otra manera de arreglarlo?

well you could try reinstalling MX Components alone... I never had such problem.

And i suggest to upgrade Gx developer to version 8. I'm not sure but version 7 is not compatible with Xp bye

i use it with XP. i'm not sure what should make it compatible or not. if it can work in XP like in any other OS, that's compatible enough to me. version 8 has some nice features but not enough to make me switch over.
