ProWORX NxT Problem

I am trying to load Pro WORX on a new machine, well a new old machine and after I loaded it and went to run the program, I get this error message, does anyone know what to do to fix this? "The file 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSCOMM.VBX' is out of date. This program requries a newer version."

Sounds like you should try to find an updated copy of the Microsoft Visual Basic Runtime Library to install. The software should have updated those things when it was installed, but maybe it didn't.
