Guest PRW Posted June 24, 2003 Report Posted June 24, 2003 The controller mentioned in the subject line is no longer available. What can I use as a substitute? The Omron unit was very easy to adjust for my customers, not requiring any formal training. It merely sensed input, and provided outputs, and operated on low voltages so it was safe. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanx Quote
Guest controlsMan Posted October 1, 2003 Report Posted October 1, 2003 Omron has a new sensor controller which takes the place of the S3D8 controller. The product family is the S3D2 sensor controller and you can find the spec's on this controller on the omron website. Quote

Jay Anthony Posted May 28, 2004 Report Posted May 28, 2004 Unfortunately, this is not a serial port. Therefore, there is no computer interface. Quote
