Big Country Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 I have heard that our friends in Europe have been logging the steps that they take to make a machine safe. I was wondering if anyone has done this before? I am tying it out to add to the manual. So if some unforeseen accident happens I can go back to this form and so the great lenghts that I went to prevent an accident. I guess what I need is an idea of how to type this up.
