MITSI Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Hi, Is there someone who can tell me if there is a possibiliti of cracking the password for an A2U cpu. I now how to do it for an AnA but it doesn't work for an A2U. The firm who wrote the programme is out of business so i'm a litle bit f***t.
Big Country Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 Try this it does work as easy as it may seem. I have tried it on AB and Mitsubishi. I just don't know where to download the software I had a friend that ad already obtained it somehere. http://forums.mrplc.com/index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=104
MITSI Posted March 30, 2006 Author Report Posted March 30, 2006 I know this method. I used it on a AnA but it doesn't work on a AnU cpu. I used "serial monitor" is stet of "comlite 32"
navillusi Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 It does work..... Same principle, you just need to look a bit further into the numbers....
Big Country Posted March 31, 2006 Report Posted March 31, 2006 Yeah I thought it would, maybe if you have a spare PLC of the same type you can set your own password then you will know what to look for in the numbers and know where to look when you are trying to find the password.
robpage Posted April 23, 2006 Report Posted April 23, 2006 use a serial monitor , download from HHD software , for free , when switching on the password pings the serial port , monitor the serial port , read the result with a hex editor
