KIKO Posted May 30, 2006 Report Posted May 30, 2006 Hi all I'm trying to copy an column in excel sheet...each cell on that column is fill with a no....i want to past it on another empty column but with inversion(i mean the last no. on the column be the 1st one and the 1st one should be the last one)....by the way i'm asking only on how to invert the column not to sort it....please let me know from yr experience...thanx Quote

BobLfoot Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 HAven't looked at Chako's macro, but you might try this. Lay in an Item Number Column that goes from 1 to X beside your source column. Copy Both COlumns to a new location. Do a Tools-Data-Sort and Sort on the Item Column in Descending order. This will give you X-1 order for both Item and Copy columns. Lastly blow away the item columns and you're done. Quote
