Nice... but Step 7 Lite doesn't allow anyhting other than basic S7-300 programming. No networks or anything, but I agree for someone looking to get started, it's a nice thing for them to give it away.

I think this is interesting for forum purposes. Now I can install it at home too. I already have Step7 on my laptop. What I would like to know is if the Step7 lite takes over the hard disk like the professional version does. I don't like all the services and extra crap that gets started up whether I use Step7 or not. In otherwords, I will not install Step7 on any computer I really care about just because it is free.
